North Bend Elementary School
Program Model
Special Education services at North Bend Elementary are delivered, based on the needs of individual students, through a resource room model and a specialty classroom. The resource room and specialty classrooms provide reading, spelling, language and math instruction on a small group or one on one basis. Mainstream classroom teachers are provided with consulting services on an individual basis. Services are adjusted for each individual student’s needs. Supervision is given to students requiring guidance in their social and behavioral skills.
