Family Access

Family Access is a web-based tool that allows family members to access student information over the Internet via a secured web connection in real-time. One of the great things about Family Access is that it is available from your home, office or anywhere you have access to the Internet.

Skyward Family and Student Access include a variety of student information, such as attendance, grades, student schedules and student and family demographics.

Access to student information is provided and restricted as required by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

In prior years we have used Student Access login information for both students and parents to use. With this system parents needed to have one login and password for each student. Beginning in the fall of 2008 we will implement Family Access so that families have only one login and password for all children for whom you are listed as a guardian regardless of grade level or school of attendance (if you have two or more children you only need one password and user name). If, after logging into Skyward Family and Student Access, you do not see every child in your family, please contact that child's school and corrections will be made.

Password and login information will be distributed during school activities such as Open House, Curriculum nights and Conferences. If you are unable to attend any of these activities then you will need to visit the school office to obtain your login information. To protect and ensure student information and system security, parents will need to show photo ID to obtain their Family Access passwords.
