Dear Parents of Eighth Grade Students,
The CKMS 2016-17 yearbook staff is pleased to announce that parents of eighth grade students will again have the opportunity to submit a baby picture of their child (along with a message) in the yearbook for a small fee of $15.00. The response to this has been extremely positive since it was first offered years ago. The fee allows the Yearbook to pay for the additional pages necessary to print the pictures.
If you’re interested, here’s what you do:
1. Find a quality picture (300kb or more) of your child (age 0-4) and write a dedication to be published beside the picture. It needs to be 30 words or less(and that includes parent names, etc.). Put child’s name on back!
Another option is to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, including the picture and written message (30 words or less). We will keep it on file but will not place it in the yearbook until payment has been received.
2. Send $15.00 (check written to CKMS) along with the picture and dedication to:
Frank, Yearbook Advisor
Chief Kanim Middle School
PO Box 639
Fall City, WA 98024
We have a limited amount of space for baby pictures and only the first 60 pictures with a dedication and $15.00 will be placed in the yearbook. Get your request in as soon as possible! Unfortunately, requests cannot be accepted after January 31, 2016.
Note: This purchase does not ensure that your child actually receives a Yearbook. Baby pictures are an optional and additional cost. Yearbooks may be purchased in the office for $30.00 anytime between now and May. However, we almost always sell out so don’t wait too long! Thank you for your support!
