New Online Enrollment Process for New Students

The Snoqualmie Valley School District has recently implemented a new Online Enrollment process. For families of students who are new or returning to the District, please click on the information below. Families who are already active in the District and needing to enroll another child should log into Family Access to enroll their new student.

The online enrollment process allows parents the convenience of completing forms online at home. The process takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. Before starting, parents are advised to have materials available that they will upload into the application. Once a parent completes the process, the school registrar will review the submitted information and contact the family with next steps.

As a part of the new enrollment process, families can leverage a new tool called E-Link, which the Transportation Department added this fall.  Based on a family’s address, the E-Link system can quickly verify what school a student would attend and identify the nearest school bus stop location and pick-up times.

New families:  For more information or to access the online process, select the Enrollment Information link on the District website, under Quick Links.

Online enrollment will streamline the process and help schools enroll students more quickly and efficiently. Since parents will be inputting their own information, and thus reducing the time staff typically spent deciphering hand-written forms, an added benefit may yield more accurate information in the student data system.

Looking ahead…Starting February 1, families who need to register children to start Kindergarten next fall (for the 2017-18 school year) will also use the online enrollment process. In addition, all Snoqualmie Valley elementary schools will host two Kindergarten Enrollment events on March 7, 2017, at 1:30-3 p.m. and 6-7:30 p.m., for families to visit their school, meet Kindergarten teachers, and ask questions.
