Explore Job Opportunities at School District Career Fairs


The Snoqualmie Valley School District is hosting two upcoming Education Career Fairs. Caring and capable candidates are invited to learn more about rewarding employment opportunities in the District. 
 
For School Support Positions -- on Tuesday, January 17, 4-7 p.m., department representatives will share information about opportunities in transportation (bus drivers), food services, student services (special education paraeducators), operations, technology services…as well as for substitutes for these departments. Personnel team members will be available to answer questions about the District and online application process. The Career Fair will take place at the District Office building at 8001 Silva Ave. SE in Snoqualmie, Washington.
NOTE: The greatest hiring need currently in the District is for more school bus drivers, due to a statewide shortage of drivers. The District provides driver training and reimbursement toward the CDL licensing requirement. Click here for a brief video to learn more from our bus drivers about these opportunities.
For Teaching and Other Certificated Positions -- a second Education Career Fair is planned for Thursday, February 2, from 2:30–7 p.m., also at the District Office, for candidate who are interested in learning more about Snoqualmie Valley schools and exploring teaching positions. In addition to some current openings, the District is seeking candidates to begin next fall for the 2017-18 school year.
