The Snoqualmie Valley School District welcomes all incoming Kindergarten students! See photos from the March 7 Kindergarten Orientation sessions below.
IMPORTANT:For parents/guardians who did not attend Kindergarten Orientation on March 7 or have not yet enrolled their student using the new online enrollment process, please do so as soon as possible.
Click on: Enrollment Information for Kindergarten & New Students to learn more and begin the process. Before starting, parents are advised to have specific materials available that they will need to upload into the application. The online enrollment process takes about 20-30 minutes to complete, from the convenience of a home computer. NOTE: Parents who are already active in the District, should log into Family Access to begin the online enrollment process to enroll another child in school.
In addition, families need to contact their school office to schedule a Kindergarten assessment appointment for their new student – which will take place this spring.
Do you know which school your student will attend? Parents can leverage a new tool called E-Link to verify which school a student will attend according to the Snoqualmie Valley School District attendance boundaries. Enter your family’s residential address and the grade level of your student, and the E-Link system will confirm which school a student should attend. Specific bus route locations and pick-up times are refreshed in August for each new school year. If you have additional transportation questions, please call: 425-831-8020.
The District works to confirm Kindergarten enrollment early in the year, in order to ensure staffing and resources will align with students’ needs. (For example, if the enrollment indicates that additional Kindergarten teachers will be needed, recruiting and hiring efforts start in February to hire the best candidates for next fall.)
Welcome to the future Class of 2030 and their families!
