Technical Support
In order to provide all of our employees and students with the best possible tech support, we need everyone to follow a very simple procedure.
- Attempt to troubleshoot simple problems yourself.
- Submit a Help Ticket in our new electronic Trouble Ticketing System, called WN HelpDesk. To login use your normal network login name and password.
- Contact your building computer tech in the event of an emergency.
(Do not contact district level personnel for tech support issues!)
