Digital Media Club Update

Ms. Ortuno's new Digital Media Club is off to a great start! The first week some students worked in the SMS computer lab while others practiced photography skills outside or flew drones in the SMS field. For the next meeting students took a walking field trip to the high school to tour the Wildcat Studios with MSHS digital media teacher Joe Dockery. Because of the phenomenal response, the SMS Digital Media Club will now split its meetings between grade levels to ensure that there will be space for all the students who want to participate. The club will still meet on Monday afternoons, but it will now alternate between sixth graders and a combo of seventh and eighth graders. For more information or to register, click here.
