Community Sign-up for ParentSquare

The Snoqualmie Valley School District uses a tool called ParentSquare to provide district-wide electronic communication (E-News) to parents/guardians and friends of Snoqualmie Valley schools. This platform streamlines our district's ability to send important notices and weekly updates from our district and schools, as well as translated messages and emergency notifications (text, email, call-out). By consolidating these services, we strive to provide timely, succinct and useful information from one convenient location.
How to subscribe to E-News/ParentSquare?Parents/guardians with students actively enrolled in SVSD: You are automatically signed up to receive ParentSquare communication from the school your student attends and our district - so no action is needed to register. Messages will be sent to the contact information (email and primary phone number) you provided during enrollment or to Family Access through the RSVP process. Skyward updates refresh nightly. ALSO - If you want to sign up for news from other SVSD schools, you can sign up through the links below.Community members (without children currently attending our schools): If you'd like to receive regular news from our district or schools via email, select the links below for Snoqualmie Valley School District and as many schools as you'd like. Then enter your name and email. You can sign up for as many schools as you'd like. NOTE: If you were signed up previously for our newsletters (prior to Sept. 2022), please sign up again below. As we transition to ParentSquare (from Constant Contacts), we are starting with a new list.Click on each title to subscribe to E-News/ParentSquare:Elementary Schools (K-5):
Middle Schools (6-8):
High Schools (9-12):
Once you subscribe to a community link above, you'll get an automatic confirmation message with instructions to look for an e-mail that will ask you click another link to set up your account. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please check the Junk Mail, Bulk or SPAM folder in your personal e-mail account, since some e-mail providers treat bulk E-News-type messages as spam. If that occurs, open the Junk Mail folder and drag the E-News message into your Inbox to allow it next time.
If you no longer want to receive E-News with general updates from our schools or district, simply click the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of an email message - and your contact information will be blocked from receiving future messages. Please think twice before declining this service, however, as these electronic notifications are the primary way our schools communicate with parents and the quickest way to expedite important information.
