Important: During the summer, Food Services refunds or payments cannot be processed until the 2022-2023 school year begins. Parents may request refunds with a Lunch Refund Form or make payments in the Online Payments link below, using your Family Access log in. Inactive student accounts with positive balances, were transferred to active siblings.Pre-Pay for Meals: Parents may pre-pay for meals so that students do not need to carry money to school each day. All schools use an electronic point-of-sale system that keeps a running balance; this can be used for breakfast, lunch and a la carte purchases.Staff cannot use the online payment site to apply for money for their account. You may pay any kitchen cashier or if you have a student in the district, money can be put on their account and we can transfer it to yours. The system is not set up for other than student payment.Students will use their school ID number or a meal card to access their account. Be sure to put your child’s name in the “note” section at the bottom of the check; student number is also very helpful. Funds can be sent in any amount desired; they do not need to be evenly divisible by any meal price. If you want funds used for only a particular meal &/or do not want them used for a la carte purchases, simply indicate this on the check.
