Professional Development and Clock Hour Process for Participants
-
The Snoqualmie Valley School District offers many free Professional Development classes for staff members each year. Certificated staff who participation in these classes have the opportunity to earn Washington State approved Clock Hours. In order to receive Clock Hours for Professional Development participants must do the following:
-
Sign up into Frontline Professional Growth prior to the beginning of the PD session.
-
Sign in at each class session.
-
Complete the online evaluation in Frontline (option available under "Your Registrations")
An evaluation for each class is required by the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) in order for clock hours to be applied toward salary advancement. Participants must complete the evaluation immediately upon completion of the professional development course. Only one evaluation is needed for multi-day classes.
For all out of district professional development questions, please contact Angela Zwiefelhofer zwiefelhofera@svsd410.org.
