Home School
Each parent whose child is receiving home-based instruction must file a Declaration of Intent to Home School by September 15 of the school year.
Home School Running Start
Each parent whose child is doing home-based Running Start instruction must file a Declaration of Intent to Home School form and turn in to Christi Wright at the district office. The form must be completed for each school year that your student is in the program.
This form will also need to be completed Not Pursuing a SVSD Diploma.
