PE WAIVERS & PE CBA

  • Students may apply for a PE waiver or credit:

    • During or after the student's Junior year, and
    • After the student has completed 1 full credit of PE at the high school.

     

    What to do:

    STEP 1:

    Review the critera for PE waivers to determine HERE if you may be eligible for a PE waiver.

    STEP 2: 

    Download the PE waiver you are eligible for (click the title of the document in the below table).

    STEP 3: 

    Examine the requirements and submission process on page 2 of your waiver and complete your form, obtaining coach signatures.

    STEP 4:

    Return the completed form to your counselor.

    STEP 5:

    If you did not take PE at MSHS your freshman year, register for the PE CBA (Classroom Based Assessment) below.

     

PE CBA

  • If you are requesting a PE waiver and did not take PE your freshman year, you will need to take the PE Classroom Based Assment (CBA).  Email your counselor to confirm if you need to take the PE CBA, then make an appointment with the Counseling Secretary to take the test in the Counseling Center.
