Recruitment Contact / Opt Out Form
Mt. Si High School is required by federal law to provide the names, addresses and phone numbers of all 11th and 12th grade students to military recruiters upon request. However, parents may request that the student's information not be released without prior written consent. If you do NOT want your high school student's name, address and telephone number released to military recruiters, please return the form linked below before the September 15th deadline.

Students interested in the military should consider taking the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) exam. The ASVAB is a timed, multi-aptitude test offered to sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Your scores determine how qualified you are for military occupational specialties.

Selective Service
All 18 year old males, US citizens or immigrants living in the US, must register for the armed forces. Males may register 30 day sprior to their 18th birthday and up to 29 days after their 18th birthday.
