Change Your Name with HR/Payroll
To update your name in Skyward, please bring a social security card which shows your new name to Human Resources at the District Office. We cannot update your name in our system until the name change has been processed by the Social Security Administration.

Log into Skyward Employee Access
1. Navigate to the district website: https://svsd410.org
2. Select "Staff" from the menu.
3. Click the Skyward Web icon on the top-left of the screen.
4. Type in your username and password.
Please note: If you cannot remember what your Skyward Employee Access username and password are, select the "Forgot your login/password?" link.

View Personal Info in Employee Access (Employee ID, Name, Address, etc.)
1. Select Employee Information tab.
2. Select Personal Information.
Your personal information, address, phone number, etc. can be found within the Demographic section.
Your Employee ID (listed as State ID) can be found within Personnel Info.

Submit a Leave of Absence or Separation of Employment Form

View My Work Calendar
1. Log into Employee Access.
2. Select Employee Information.
3. Select Personal Information.
4. Within the Personnel area, select Assignments.
5. Ensure you are viewing the correct Assignment Year. Locate your BASE assignment(s) and click on the arrow icon for each BASE assignment. Please note that you may have multiple BASE assignments.
6. Click the arrow next to the Term Information heading. Your specific calendar will be noted in the drop-down that appears. Make note of your calendar name for any BASE assignments you may have.
7. Log out of Employee Access.
8. Navigate to the District's Staff Calendar's webpage: https://www.svsd410.org/Page/8895
9. Select the current "Staff Work Calendars" link.
10. Locate and open the calendar(s) with the EXACT name listed in your Employee Access account. Some calendars have similar names.

View Assignment Info in Employee Access
1. Log into Skyward Employee Access.
2. Select Employee Information tab.
3. Select Personal Information.
4. Within the Personnel section, select Assignments. Each assignment will be listed separately. Please ensure you're viewing the correct Assignment Year via the drop-down menu. Highlight each assignment and click on the arrow symbol. This will show you the position details.
5. Select the "Expand All" link to view each section of your assignment.
• Position Information indicates if the position is Classified or Certificated.
• Assignment Information indicates your work location and assignment type.
• Term Information indicates the work calendar, total number of work days for this assignment, start and stop dates of the assignment, and hours per day (classified employees)/FTE (certificated employees).
• Salary Information indicates your total annual salary for this assignment. Certificated staff will find their salary-placement degree (Lane), experience (Step), and credits.
• Payroll Information indicates more specific assignment information. Classified staff will find their hourly pay rate here.
• Payroll Account Distribution indicates under which District account code the assignment is being paid.

View Certificate Information in Employee Access
1. Log into Skyward Employee Access.
2. Select Employee Information.
3. Select Personal Information.
4. Within the Personnel section, select Certifications.

Submit Credits/Clock Hours for Salary Placement
Important! Documents must be received in Human Resources no later than October 1 to be considered for salary placement in the current school year.
Classes Taken Through Snoqualmie Valley School District:
1. All class offerings are approved for Clock Hours.
2. Registration for the class must be completed through Frontline Professional Growth.
3. Documentation for all completed classes will automatically be submitted to Human Resources for salary advancement (if registered through PD Place or Frontline Professional Growth).
For Classes Taken Outside Snoqualmie Valley School District:
An official transcript or carbonless copy of the clock hour registration form issued by an approved clock hour provider can be sent to Angela Zwiefelhofer, HR Coordinator, in the District Office.
Please note: It is highly recommended that you make a copy of the clock hour transcript for your own records.
To determine if a class is offered by an approved clock hour provider, please reference OSPI's Approved Clock Hour Provider Lists.

View Credits & Clock Hours Used for Salary Placement
1. Log into Skyward Employee Access.
2. Select Employee Information.
3. Select Personal Information.
4. Within Personnel section, select Prof Development.
All credits and clock hours will be listed. Please note that the number of courses shown is limited by the number of records set to display. At the bottom of the screen, you can increase the display number using the drop-down.
5. For easy manipulation, you can export the records into Excel (xlsx) format.
