Mount Si Campus - Safe Return Plan
Our Mount Si Campus COVID-19 Safe Return Site Plan is tailored specifically for our campus and school community. Reopening school for in-person learning, and being able to stay open, truly depends on a shared responsibility between all involved -- students, staff, families and visitors. Please read through the information below carefully that describes:
- how we have adapted our school to minimize the spread of illness,
- the new safety requirements that everyone on campus must follow,
- and, how our school is prepared to respond if/when there are positive COVID-19 cases.
We must work together to ensure the safety of all of our students and staff at school, as long as this pandemic continues. Welcome back to school!

Every day a student is scheduled for in-person learning a health screening and attestation must be completed prior to coming to school or riding a bus. Our system will send a student specific and unique daily link to the primary guardian's email for each student This email is sent to the address associated with Guardian 1 / Family 1 in Skyward. In this email link, you can opt-in to receive the link via a text message each morning too.
If you are a guardian caring for your student and did not receive the link electronically on a day they are scheduled for in-person learning, we ask that you please use https://bit.ly/svsd-attest or scan the QR code to the right to complete the daily attestation.
Please enter your student's name as it appears in Skyward Family Access, and if possible, please enter the Family 1 Guardian 1 email associated with your student. This helps ensure your submission is matched to your student each morning.
NOTE: Completing the attestation via the email or text link is preferred, but school staff will still verify attesations completed with this generic link.
