NEW FREE EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The Snoqualmie Valley School District is pleased to offer a comprehensive and confidential free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through First Choice Health. This new benefit is available for all staff and their families (spouses/domestic partners & children up to age 26) starting October 1, 2021.
EAP offers 24/7 access to emergency counseling, and support in the form of four free confidential counseling sessions (face-to-face or via telehealth) with a qualified clinical expert, per issue, per year. EAP resources support:
- Anxiety and Depression
- Couples/Relationships/Parenting
- Crisis Support
- Alcohol/Drug Problems
- Work Conflict
- Compulsive Behaviors
- Domestic Violence
- Legal and Financial
- Child and Eldercare
- Home Ownership
