Boys Basketball for Grades 7, 8 - practices start January 10th
Girls Soccer for Grades 7, 8 - practices start January 10th
Girls Soccer for 6th Grade - practices start January 18th
January 5th Update! The Triangle Middle School League, in accordance with King Country Department of Health guidelines, now require all athletes in high-contact sports to follow a weekly COVID-19 screening test protocol. Basketball is considered a high-contact sport so all basketball players, coaches, and supporting personnel will test three times a week at school during the season. All parents must complete the COVID test consent form too. (Soccer is not a high-contact sport and does not follow the testing protocol.)
All students, in all sports, must submit their COVID vaccination status, proof of vaccination if applicable, and a current sports physical before they can participate in sports. These items must be uploaded at the time of registration before a student can practice. See more details about the sports physical below.
Practices are from 2:30 to 4:30 Monday - Thursday. An activity bus will take students to CVES after practice and will arrive around 4:55 p.m. One-way buses will be available to away games. (Parents need to provide rides home after home and away games)
Participation fees are $80 plus a $20 one-time ASB membership fee. Fees will be added on January 24th to your student's account for payment. No refunds can be given after that date. Fees are due January 28th before the first contest. Financial assistance is available for students on the National Student Lunch program and College Bound Scholarship program.
Print this PHYSICAL FORM for your family doctor. No student may practice or compete without a current physical. No exceptions.
- Physicals last two years. If your last sports physical was completed before March 4, 2020 you need to provide a new one.
- When you register online you will upload your physical form. So make your doctor's appointment now!
