PRACTICE: Practices are from 2:50PM to 4:20PM Monday - Thursday. An activity bus will take students to Opstad and NBE after practice. First practice will be Monday, April 3rd, 2023.
AWAY TRACK MEETS: Athletes take a bus to away track meets, but parents need to provide transportation home after both home and away games.
FEES: Participation fees are $80 plus a $20 one-time ASB membership fee. Fees can be paid online. Fees are due no later than April 26th, before the first contest. No refunds can be given after that date. Financial assistance is available for students on the National Student Lunch program and College Bound Scholarship program.
SPORTS PHYSICAL: The first step for all students is to have a current sports physical, which is a requirement before attending practice. Print this PHYSICAL FORM for your family doctor. No student may practice or compete without a current physical. No exceptions.
- Physicals last two years. If your last sports physical was completed before April 3rd, 2021 you need to provide a new one.
- Unsure of your student's most recent physical date? Go to Family Access and look for "Health Information" on the left side.
- When you register online you will upload your physical form. So make your doctor's appointment now!
