On Thursday, November 9, the Mount Si High School Pottery Club hosted the SMS Art club in their studio at MSHS to support the club’s mission of building community through the art of pottery.
Students in Mrs. Hawkin's Career & Technical Education (CTE) Marketing class had a tasty lesson this morning. The marketing students held mini-focus groups with students from other classes.
On Sunday, October 29th the Wildcat Production Club hosted the 2023 HorrorFest Film Festival at the North Bend Theatre. This year in attendance there were 5 schools with 44 film submissions.
On Monday, November 6th, 23 Advanced Marketing and DECA Officers attended the Fall Leadership Conference in Bellevue. The conference hosted students from all over the region as a kick-off for the year. Students had the opportunity to participate in Mock Role-Play, Idea to Impact Competition, Mock Job Interviews, and multiple Industry Workshops.
Mount Si Robotics Club’s competition season gets underway with their first set of qualification matches on November 5. The club has a record five teams this year, represented by over 60 students from all four grade levels, many of whom are trying robotics for the very first time.
