During the 2022–23 school year, the Snoqualmie Valley School District conducted an external review of its Highly Capable Program. The review included feedback from students, families, teachers, and administrators, along with an analysis of district data, policies, and practices. The report summarizes the review findings and recommendations that informed subsequent program development. Some recommendations have since been implemented, and district practices have continued to evolve in response to changes in state requirements and local program decisions.

There are many supports in the Pacific Northwest and across the nation to help parents and families understand and guide their highly capable child.
