The Transition Learning Center (TLC) is part of the continuum of special education services provided by SVSD. TLC serves students with disabilities aged 18 to 21 years and who are supported with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP). The program prepares students for post-secondary living by providing instructional, social, leisure, recreational, and community experiences. Participation at TLC is determined on an individual basis by the IEP team.
