During their January Art Club sessions, students thoughtfully designed and created lanterns to light the way for the Duvall Lantern Walk on February 7, 2026, at 7 p.m., adding color, creativity, and a warm glow to this special community event.

At Opstad, Mrs. Seward’s 3rd grade art students have been busy bringing their own sculptures to life! They began by shaping wire to help their figures stand tall and strike the perfect pose.

At North Bend Elementary, Mr. Fladland’s STEM class was full of excitement today. STEM learning has this great way of turning curiosity into hands‑on discovery, and his students definitely felt that spark.

January 21 was a good night to be a music fan! The SVSD Jazz Night at the MSHS PAC featured a stellar lineup of jazz bands from throughout the district.

The SMS Cooking Club meets once a week after school and gives students the chance to build cooking skills, try new recipes, and have fun in the kitchen together.

Our Hawk TV students visited Mount Si High School to explore media production and get hands-on experience in the Wildcat Production Room.
