Online Payments
Online Payments
Families can use the district's Online Payments System to pay for:
- School meals
- Fees and fines
- School activities
- Other school purchases
To make online payments:
- Log in to the Online Payments System using your Skyward Family Access username.
(Please select the link to reset your password or contact your child’s school if you do not have a username.) - Select the Student's Name.
- Select Items at Student's School.
- Choose the item you want to pay for
- To add money for meals, select "Food Service purchase and fill in the total amount desired to purchase for each student.
- Review your information
- Select "Check Out"
- Enter your credit card information
- Select "Pay Now"
After your payment is complete, you can view or print your receipt.
Adding Money for School Meals
To add money to your student's meal account, select Food Service and enter the amount you want to add.
Need Help Logging In?
If you forgot your password, use the password reset link on the login page. If you do not know your username, please contact your student's school.
Online Payment Fee
A 2% transaction fee is added to online payments to help cover credit card processing costs.
Donations
Families can also make donations through the Online Payments System.
After making a donation, you can print or email your receipt. Please keep your receipt for your records.
For donations of $1,000 or more, please complete the Monetary Donation Agreement Form.
Waivers and Reductions
Some students may qualify to have school fees reduced or waived. Students may qualify if they are eligible for free or reduced-price meals. To apply, visit the Food Services website and complete the Free and Reduced Price Application. During the application, you must give permission for the district to use your student's meal eligibility to reduce or waive school fees.
If you already applied for free or reduced-price meals but did not give permission to share eligibility information, complete the Consent to Share Eligibility Form. Families whose students qualify through direct certification may also need to complete this form.
