Celebrating National Mentoring Month with Empower Youth Network

January is National Mentoring Month, a time to recognize and celebrate the incredible impact of volunteer mentors in our schools. The Snoqualmie Valley School District is proud to partner with the Empower Youth Network to support students through the Youth Success! Mentoring Program.

With over 60 mentors volunteering in our schools, these dedicated individuals are making a meaningful difference in the lives of students by building connections, offering guidance, and supporting their growth.

At a recent school board meeting, a proclamation was presented to honor National Mentoring Month and highlight the power of mentorship in our learning community. Stories shared about the positive impact of mentoring relationships reinforced just how important these partnerships are in helping students thrive.

We are deeply grateful to the Empower Youth Network for their ongoing partnership and to all of our mentors for volunteering their time and care. Your efforts truly make a difference in shaping the future of our students.
