Mount Si Recognizes Top Students
Mount Si High School is proud to celebrate the achievements of its outstanding students, who have been recognized for their exceptional academic performance in both the College Board National Recognition Program and the National Merit Scholarship Program.
College Board National Recognition Program
This year, 41 Mount Si High School students earned the prestigious honor of being named in the College Board National Recognition Program. This recognition is awarded to juniors and seniors based on achievements during their sophomore or junior years (respectively). These students have achieved a GPA of B+ or higher and have earned scores in the top 10 percent on the PSAT 10 or PSAT/NMSQT tests in Washington and identify as Black/African American, Latino/Hispanic, Indigenous/Native, first-generation college student, or attend high school in a rural area or small town. Additionally, students who received a score of 3 or higher on at least two AP exams by the end of 10th grade are also eligible. These students have demonstrated exemplary academic commitment and are on the path toward continued academic success.
We commend their hard work and dedication, which has led to this significant achievement, and look forward to seeing them continue to excel in their academic pursuits.
