About the Show

Get ready for an action-packed, heartfelt adventure! She Kills Monsters follows high schooler Agnes Evans as she mourns the loss of her younger sister, Tilly. When Agnes finds Tilly’s Dungeons & Dragons notebook, she’s pulled into an imaginary world filled with mystical creatures, hilarious characters, and a few dangerous surprises.

This high-energy dramatic comedy—complete with homicidal fairies, ogres, and ’90s pop culture references—celebrates the power of imagination, sisterhood, and embracing the geek within us all.

Friday, October 31 – 3:30 p.m. – Dragons Cast (Audience members are encouraged to come in costume for this special Halloween performance!)

This production is best suited for audiences in 7th grade and up due to language and thematic content.

About the Playwright

Qui Nguyen is an award-winning playwright known for his fast-paced, imaginative stories that blend pop culture, fantasy, and heart. She Kills Monsters has become one of the most produced high school plays in the country for its mix of humor, emotional depth, and sword-swinging fun.
