Synopsis:
Four eccentric Broadway stars are in desperate need of a new spotlight. When they hear about controversy surrounding a small-town prom, they jump at the chance to take center stage… for the cause and for themselves.
As tensions rise in the community, one student simply wants to bring her girlfriend to prom. What unfolds is a heartfelt and humorous journey where unlikely allies come together to challenge expectations, celebrate identity, and remind everyone what acceptance truly looks like.
Winner of the Drama Desk Award for Best Musical and adapted into a Netflix film, The Prom blends big musical numbers with a timely and powerful message about love, inclusion, and being true to who you are.
