Free and Reduced-Price Meal applications are available online for families. You can complete an application in Skyward Family Access or request a hard copy at any school location. Applications are required each year and may be completed at any time throughout the year.

Online Payment System

Please know that your payment is not immediate. The payment system will process payments three times a day at: 6 a.m., 10 a.m. (prior to lunch), and midnight. Students can still receive breakfast and lunch, but may not be able to purchase a la carte items if the balance is below $0.00. Once the money has been posted, it will deduct any meals purchased.

If you have problems, please call us at 425-831-8030 or 425-831-8009, with the following information: student's name, date of payment, amount paid, and confirmation number.

Make a Payment

Online Payments

Families can use the district's Online Payments System to pay for:

School meals
Fees and fines
School activities
Other school purchases

Online Payments System

To make online payments:

Log in to the Online Payments System using your Skyward Family Access username.
(Please select the link to reset your password or contact your child’s school if you do not have a username.)
Select the Student's Name.
Select Items at Student's School.
Choose the item you want to pay for
- To add money for meals, select "Food Service purchase and fill in the total amount desired to purchase for each student.
Review your information
Select "Check Out"
Enter your credit card information
Select "Pay Now"

After your payment is complete, you can view or print your receipt.

Adding Money for School Meals

To add money to your student's meal account, select Food Service and enter the amount you want to add.

Need Help Logging In?

If you forgot your password, use the password reset link on the login page. If you do not know your username, please contact your student's school.

Online Payment Fee

A 2% transaction fee is added to online payments to help cover credit card processing costs.

Dietary Accommodations

If your child requires meal accommodations due to a medical condition, food allergy, or digestive conditions, please complete the Dietary Accommodations Request Form, as required by the state. This form must be filled out by an authorized medical provider and returned to the school nurse. Our Nutrition Services team will coordinate with your school nurse to ensure your child's dietary needs are appropriately addressed.

Please note:

Accommodations are made based on medically documented needs.
The form is not required for dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian, halal, kosher), although vegetarian options are available daily.
The form typically does not need to be completed each year, but families should submit updated forms if a student changes schools or if medical needs change.

Low Balance Reminders

Low Balance Reminder

Each week, families with a balance of lower than $5 will receive an automatic text message from the district reminding them to add funds to their child's account. In addition, families may elect to receive daily emails through Skyward when balances are low.

To enable this feature, families should follow these steps:

Log into Skyward Family Access
Click on "My Account"
Locate email notifications, and select the box "Receive notifications when Food Service Balance is under $5.00."

Reminder, the Skyward Family Access notification is optional.
