Medical coverage premiums are employee-paid, however medical coverage is optional to enroll in. New employees declining medical coverage must waive coverage via Benefits 24/7, or they will be enrolled into the default medical plan and charged premiums accordingly.
Dental and vision coverage are mandatory and paid by the district—there is no premium cost to employees and their enrolled dependents for this coverage.
All employees will be auto-enrolled in the supplemental (employee-paid) Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance at 60% and there are additional options during enrollment.
