Bus Routes

Parents/Guardians: Each school year, please make sure your child's school has the current address and phone number, and confirm if your student will need bus transportation, through the RSVP Process in Family Access in August. For mid-year updates, please get in touch with your school office.

New 2025-26 Bus Routes are available in Skyward Family Access. After logging into Family Access, and select the Busing tab to see your student’s bus number, AM/PM routes, arrival times, and bus stop location.  Please check this before day one, since adjustments are typically made over summer. (See the screenshot example.)

Special First Day Schedule for 7th & 8th graders: On the first day of school ONLY, 7th and 8th grade students will begin three hours later, to allow for 6th Grade Orientation at all our middle schools. Please add three hours to their AM pickup time listed in Skyward for the first day of school (Aug. 26). After the first day, regular bus schedules apply.

Parent Tools

Our district uses two systems to track or notify families when a student's bus is late.

Smart Tag Parent Portal

Students who ride a school bus will be issued a Smart Tag Bus Badge with a unique 14-digit number embedded in the card. As they board or disembark the school bus, they will wave the card past the Smart Tag card reader to log on and off the bus. This allows the Transportation Dept., our schools, and the student's parents or guardians to track when their student loads or leaves a school bus and the bus locations. This is an excellent tool for keeping track of our younger students and making sure everyone is on the right bus and using the correct stop. Learn more and sign up here: Smart Tag Parent Portal.

ParentSquare

When delays of 10 minutes or more occur, our transportation team will send brief messages to families via ParentSquare, the district's primary communication tool. Families are automatically enrolled in this service and no sign-up is required. Contact information is pulled directly from Skyward Family Access.
