• Welcome to another great year in the Snoqualmie Valley School District!  Our District is in the 3rd year of implementing the Teacher and Principal Evaluation process, a process that will take four years to implement fully.  Thanks to the hard work of the TPEP Implementation Committee, teachers, and evaluators throughout the District, the Evaluation process keeps improving. 
     
    Thank you for your dedicated professionalism on the part of the wonderful children entrusted in our care.  It's going to be a year to remember!

    This guide serves as a reference tool to help teachers and administrators understand the District’s processes for observing, documenting, and evaluating classroom instruction that is observable and non-observable.  The guide breaks down the features of the new system with state explanations, expectations, examples, and tools.
