Conference Room Reservations Moving to Outlook
We’re excited to announce a new and more efficient way to book conference rooms at the District Office. All reservations will be made directly in Microsoft Outlook. The Conference Room Sign-Up page (Trumba) will no longer be available on the website.
What’s Changing

No more request form: You no longer need to complete the conference room request form on the website.

Book through Outlook:

Open your Outlook calendar and create a new event.

When adding a location, search for the room you wish to reserve (DO Board, DO Cedar, DO Hemlock, DO Redwood).

Make sure to select the option with a blue circle.

Automatic conflict detection: If the room is already booked, Outlook will alert you. If you accidentally submit a request for a time that’s unavailable, your meeting will automatically be canceled within seconds and you’ll receive an email notification.
What Else to Know

Viewing full calendars: To see a room’s full calendar, add it from the directory in New Outlook, or from the room list in Classic Outlook.

One school year at a time: Reservations can only be made for the current school year. The next year’s reservations will open after the annual spring calendaring process.

Meeting titles: Please avoid including confidential information in meeting titles.
