Find Your School & Bus Routes Using E-Link
Parents/guardians: Each new school year, please make sure their school has your current address and phone number on file, and confirm if your student will need bus transportation to or from school through the RSVP Process in Family Access in August. For mid-year updates, please contact your school office.
E-Link is an online program that allows families to verify which school a student is assigned to attend and bus route details, based on their home address. Please read and follow these steps:
- Click on E-Link.
- Select student grade level.
- Enter house number, street address and zip code.
- Click on Find School/Transportation Info.
Begin here... Click here to use E-Link.
E-Link will display a student’s school attendance area , bus route number, the nearest bus stop to his/her house, and pick-up/drop-off times for regularly scheduled days. Students should always arrive at their stop five minutes before their scheduled time. As needs arise throughout the school year, pick up and drop off times may be adjusted.

Smart Tag Parent Portal - Students who ride a school bus will be issued a Smart Tag Bus Badge with a unique 14-digit number embedded in the card. As they board or disembark the school bus, they will wave the card past the Smart Tag card reader to log on and off the bus. This allows the Transportation Dept., our schools, as well as the student's parents or guardians to keep track of when their student loads or leaves a school bus and the bus locations. This is an excellent tool for keeping track of our younger students and making sure everyone is on the right bus and using the correct stop. Learn more and sign up here: Smart Tag Parent Portal.
Bus Bulletin Notifications - When traffic congestion, schedule changes or other incidents may impact a specific route (with delays of 10 minutes or more), the Transportation Team works to send a brief message to families who have signed up for the free Bus Bulletin service. Parents/guardians can select email, text or call-out notifications. NOTE: Parents/guardians who signed up in the past need to log into their account and verify their current route numbers each fall, as routes are adjusted each summer. To learn more, click on Bus Bulletin.
