Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year! We are eager to welcome both new and returning students to Opstad Elementary School – home of the otters. A warm and special welcome to our newest otters – our kindergarten students and families as they will begin this special time of new learning and growth. Our office officially opens on August 29th from 8:00-3:30 daily. Please note the dates and information that will assist you in a smooth beginning to and exciting year of learning and growing together.
Friday, August 30 – Class assignments posted to Family Access at 4:00 PM. Get your log in information from Lori or Kirsten in the office if you do not already have it.
Monday, September 2 – Labor Day – No School
Tuesday, September 3 – Meet Your Teacher from 1:30-2:30
Wednesday, September 4 – School Begins (9:15 AM – 3:36 PM) for grades 1-5
Monday, September 9 – Pastries with the Principal – 8:30
Thursday, September 12 – Curriculum Night (Session 1—6:00 PM-6:30 // Session 2— 6:40-7:10)
