Does your student need a sports physical for the 2023-2024 school year? All students participating in a school sport must have a sports physical on file before practicing or competing. Mount Si Sports Medicine is offering low-cost pre-participation sports physicals for all students entering grades 6-12 in the fall.
Physicians from the University of Washington as well as physical therapists and athletic trainers from Peak Sports and Spine will be volunteering their time on May 31 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm in the main gym of Mount Si High School.
The cost is $30 via cash or check (made out to MSHS). All proceeds benefit the MSHS Sports Medicine Club.
Students must have a completed physical consent form and a completed medical history form. Students should arrive with the required paperwork filled out (or with a parent/guardian who can complete the forms on site).
