The tradition of student photos at the beginning of the school year was put on hold due to the school closure/pandemic. We have been working with our building admin, photographer and COVID safety personnel to come up with a plan to safely photograph our staff and students, and are happy to announce we have scheduled some student photo days in December!
Families will be able to order photos and students will be issued their 2020-2021 student ID cards. These will be ID cards only as we are not currently selling ASB cards.
We will be running TWO photo days, February 3rd and February 10th. To ensure the safety of both students and staff as well as to control parking/traffic, students will be following a schedule based on grade and alphabet. The schedule will be as follows:
2/3 - 9th &10th grade by alpha
*siblings may come together
2/10- 11th & 12th grade by alpha
*siblings may come
Please do your best to stick to the above schedule so that we can have the event properly and safely staffed! Running Start students may come when it works for your schedule.
Please follow procedures below:
Enter off Meadowbrook to new front parking lot, drop student at main stairs and follow directions to gym
Students will proceed to gym lobby for check-in
Student will be directed to photo area in main gym, partitions will separate gyms for maximum safety
Students will exit through the other side of gym partition and out through gym lobby to parking lot
Student only event, parents & guardians must wait in vehicles.
Masks must be worn by students and staff at all times; may remove mask for photo only.
Social distancing protocols must be followed at all times; students must adhere to markers & directives.
Students are prohibited from gathering in parking lot both before & after photo session.
