Mark Your Calendar for Senior Events

Please see our glossary of Senior Events. The schedule of Senior Events, as well as any updates made, is posted on the Senior Page of our website.  While we will communicate any changes, please check this webpage frequently!

Graduation Tickets

  • Graduates will receive six tickets and may purchase up to four non-refundable tickets at $10 each.
  • Purchases can be made May 25th - 31th through our online payments system, https://payments.svsd410.org/.
  • We will schedule a second ticket sale for any unsold tickets after May 31st.
  • Children aged two and older must have a ticket to enter the arena.
  • Children under two years of age may enter without a ticket but must sit on a guardian’s lap.

Ticket Distribution

  • Tickets will be distributed to graduating seniors We will not release tickets to friends or family members.
  • After all fines and fees have been cleared, students may collect tickets at the below

  • NOTE: Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.

All students, including Running Start students, must attend senior check-out on Friday, June 10th, 8:00 - 10:00 am.

 

ShoWare Address & Graduation Schedule

Graduation Expectations

  • Our graduation dress code is professional. Seniors who are dressed inappropriately will not be allowed to participate in the
  • We ask audience members to refrain from shouting or whistling and hold their applause until after all graduates have received their

ShoWare Center Parking

  • ShoWare Center has over 1,500 free parking spots available which are accessible via James Street. Click HERE for a map of parking locations.
  • No overnight parking; violators will be towed.

Student Arrival Time & Entrance / What Not to Bring

  • Students must check in at ShoWare at 4:30pm
  • Students will enter the staging area at the back of the event
  • All students will be subject to security checks that may include wanding, metal detectors, and pat-downs.
  • Students may NOT bring purses, bags, backpacks, etc., or food. Any items carried by students (i.e. keys, lipstick, etc.) must fit in clothing pockets. Students will not return to the staging area after the ceremony. Anything left behind will become property of ShoWare Center.
  • Transportation and food will not be provided; please plan ahead.

ShoWare Security Information for General Audience

  • ALL guests are subject to a bag search and security
  • Security checks include wanding, metal detectors and pat-downs.
  • The following items are NOT allowed inside the event center:
    • Bags larger than 14” X 14” X 6”
    • Backpacks, large duffel bags, suitcases, etc.
    • Balloons or noisemakers.
    • Glass or vases; stickers.
    • NOTE: Students are not allowed to bring ANY bags.

Seating

  • Seating is first come, first served.
  • ShoWare has designated seats for guests with disabilities. Ushers will be available to guide guests to these designated areas.

Grad Night

  • Grad Night is an all-night, all-inclusive party organized by the Mount Si High School PTSA. It is not an SVSD-sponsored event.
  • Students attending Grad Night will be picked up right from the ShoWare Center after the graduation ceremony.
  • Students attending Grad Night must wear cap & gown to re-enter ShoWareand access the locker rooms to change, then return all bags & caps/gowns to family members before boarding the bus for Grad Night.

Diploma Pickup

Students may pick up their diplomas at the SVSD District Office beginning July 11th, Monday-Thursday during the hours of 9am-1pm,. The District Office is located at 8001 Silva Ave SE, Snoqualmie WA 98065.

Ordering A Final Transcript

  • MSHS does not send final transcripts!
  • If your school requires a final transcript, place a request through Parchment.
  • On the ORDER DETAILS screen, click the drop down box for ‘When do you want this sent?’ and select ‘Hold for Grades’.

Accessing Your Transcript In the Future - Action Required Now

Update the email address associated with your Parchment account before you graduate! Use a personal email address, not your MSHS student email.

  1. Click ‘Profile’ and select ‘Account Settings’.
  2. Click ‘Add another email address to this account’.
  3. Enter the secondary email address and click ‘Add Email’.
  4. Go to the email account of the email address you just added and open the email that you should have received from Parchment (check your Spam folder if you didn’t get it).
  5. Copy the verification code from the email onto the webpage that you were just on.
  6. Click ‘Make Primary’.
  7. Click ‘Delete’ next to your old email address.
  8. Click ‘Continue’ when you get the 'Are you sure you want to delete this email?' message.
