At-Home COVID Test Kits Available for SVSD Students with Symptoms
Testing symptomatic students is a key component to help keep our schools open. We are now offering testing kits for families with symptomatic students to be done at home. If you have a student with symptoms, please keep them home and contact your school to request a kit.
To expedite this service, please register your student using the link below, associated with your school. This one-time step will save both you and our staff time, when you need to use a testing kit. All other directions will be provided at the time of test pickup.
NOTE: If your student has already tested previously this school year with the Snoqualmie Valley School District, you do not need to register again.
TO REGISTER FOR AT-HOME TESTING
You are consenting to test by registering on SimpleReports, a secure platform provided by the CDC.
Please register each student separately.
Select the appropriate school link/QR code to ensure test results are properly routed to each student’s home school.
Only fields with an asterisk are required.
Enter the student’s name as it appears in Skyward.
Enter the mobile number you want to use to receive text result.
NOTE: All other instructions for reporting results will be provided with the test kits at the time of pick -up. Please note that on that sheet, we are aware there are issues with the QR codes -- so instead please use the REPORTING URL LINK provided to report your student's results.
Thank you for your assistance with keeping symptomatic students at home.
