Transition Learning Center Celebrates Four Graduates
Staff, friends and family celebrated four students who are graduating from Snoqualmie Valley School District’s Transition Learning Center (TLC). A special ceremony was held in their honor at the North Bend Theatre from noon-1 p.m. on Thursday, June 7, 2018. Congratulations to the Class of 2018 TLC students: Stephen Johnescu, Nicholas Meister, Britney Schumacher, and Sarena Thorpe.

The Transition Learning Center provides a program to prepare students for life after high school based on their individual educational needs. The TLC implements the Life Centered Career Education curriculum which focuses on Daily Living Skills, Personal-Social Skills, and Occupational Guidance and Preparation for special education students ages 18-21.
