Physical Forms:  Students in grades 6-12, who want to participate in school athletic activities, must get a physical examination from a health care provider to be eligible to participate. Many fall sports start on, or sometimes before, the first day of school, so it is helpful to take care of this requirement during the summer. Below are links to each secondary school's physical forms and other information regarding participation. Print off the physical form and ask your doctor to complete and sign it at your child’s next check-up. This information must be updated every two years.

BusBulletin Notifications:  Would you like to be notified when your student's bus is going to be late?  The District's Transportation Department offers a free service, to those who subscribe, that will notify a parent or guardian when their child's school bus will be delayed more than 10 minutes.  Whether a delay is due to road conditions, or other unanticipated events which may affect their student's bus route, the department works to keep families informed as much as possible.  Parents can sign up for email or text notifications related to their student’s specific bus route at: https://busbulletin.com/app/register.phpParents need to sign up every year, since bus routes are adjusted each summer.

E-News Communication:  Sign up for E-News to receive important news concerning your child's education. Simply enter your email address, select "Snoqualmie Valley School District" and the schools your children attend. E-News is the primary way that the District and schools communicate with parents, using Constant Contacts to send email notifications and online newsletters.  If your student is transitioning to a different school this fall, be sure to subscribe to the new school’s E-News. To unsubscribe from a school your student no longer attends, click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of a past message from your former school.

Family Access:  This online tool allows parents and guardians to check their students’ grades, see missing assignments, track attendance, verify immunization records, confirm emergency contacts, and find other vital information about their students.  Parents can monitor lunch account purchases, and sign up to receive email notifications when their student’s balance is low. Parents can also sign up for email notifications when their student is marked tardy or absent. To use Family Access, schools will provide each parent with a confidential code to ensure confidentiality regarding their student’s information.
