Students in 1st – 5th grades, who live within the Snoqualmie Valley School District service area and attend a SVSD elementary school, may apply to test for gifted services for the 2019-20 school year.
To apply: Nominations for testing students in grades 1-5 must be postmarked, or hand delivered, to the District Office, by December 7, 2018. Please refer to the following links for instructions on how to nominate a student for gifted testing:
All kindergarten students will be tested during school, so there is no need to nominate students currently in kindergarten.
Gifted testing will take place after school on Friday, January 4, and Friday, January 25, at each elementary school. Interested students in grades 1-3 need to attend both test dates. Interested students in grades 4-5 need to attend only the January 4 date. Transportation home will not be provided. Students may only test one time between August and July for gifted services.
