Three Mount Si High School students are having their photos displayed at the Seattle Art Museum from December 5 through 30. They will be among just 33 photos selected to be on display out of nearly 4,000 photos from 63 schools that were submitted as entries in the 2018 Washington State High School Photography Competition.
Congratulations to Mount Si photographers are: junior Cole Quinn (who earned second place in the Camera Phone category), 2018 graduate Anna Schiferl (who won second place in the Digital Manipulation category) and junior Nolan Wright (who was awarded third place in the Camera Phone category). Last spring, Mount Si finished 8th in the state in team points for the second straight year.
The Community Gallery: 2018 Washington State HS Photography exhibit will be located on the first floor corridor of the Seattle Art Museum, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., throughout December. For more information, click here.
