New E-Flyers Peachjar Service to Start Mid-January
The Snoqualmie Valley School District is getting ready to launch a new electronic flyer communication tool (called E-Flyers) starting January 15. The district will deliver school information and approved flyers using a web-based and email service called Peachjar. Approved E-Flyers will be emailed directly to parents once a week, and parents will be able to view all flyers intended for their school(s) by clicking the E-Flyers quick link on each school’s website. Electronic flyers save our schools paper and reduce costs, and this new partnership will help ensure all flyers meet accessibility standards.
For parents/guardians who have email addresses in our system, no action is required on your part. However, to ensure smooth delivery of this communication, we suggest you add email@example.com to your email contacts. When you receive your first digital flyer, be sure to click “always display images.”
Parents will also receive a welcome email in January from our service provider (Peachjar) that includes a username and password -- to give you the opportunity to manage your account and flyer delivery preferences. You do not need to login to receive or view school digital flyers. Please note that this system is used exclusively for the distribution of district-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
For community organizations who wish to share information with Snoqualmie Valley schools and families, watch for new E-Flyers-Peachjar instructions on how to submit a flyer for approval, that will be posted online January 15.
Thank you for supporting our efforts to ensure parents are well informed about school programs, family-friendly activities, and community events.
