Kindergarten Enrollment for Next Fall

Online Enrollment for families of students starting Kindergarten next fall opens on January 15, 2019.

To be eligible to start Kindergarten in the 2019-20 school year, children must be five years of age by August 31, 2019. The online enrollment process allows parents the convenience of completing forms online at home. The process takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. Before starting, parents are encouraged to have materials available that they will need to upload into the application.

To learn what information is needed, click on:  Kindergarten Enrollment Information. Note: Parents who are already active in the District, who need to enroll another child in Kindergarten, should log into Family Access to begin the New Student Online Enrollment process (upper left corner) for their incoming Kindergarten student.

In addition to online enrollment, families of incoming Kindergartners are invited to attend Kindergarten Orientation on Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at 6-7:30 p.m.  This is a time to learn about the Full Day Kindergarten program, meet Kindergarten teachers and principals, share any health concerns with the school nurse, sign up for a “screener” appointment, and ask questions. Parents: please attend orientation at the school your student will attend next fall. (To verify school attendance areas, refer to E-Link information below.)

Families are encouraged to complete the online enrollment process, from the convenience of a home computer, in advance of the Kindergarten Orientation event. (For those who need help with online enrollment, there will be a laptop and assistance available at orientation if needed.)

Do you know which school your student will attend?  To verify which school a student will attend according to the Snoqualmie Valley School District attendance boundaries, parents can leverage an online tool called E-Link.  Enter the family’s residential address and the E-Link system will verify what school a student would attend as well as identify the nearest school bus stop location and pick-up times. If you have additional questions related to the Transportation Department, please call: 425-831-8020.

The District looks forward to welcoming the future Class of 2032!
