SES Canned Food Drive Exceeds Expectations

Snoqualmie Elementary School ran a Canned Food and Baby Item Drive to collect items for the Mt. Si and Snoqualmie food banks.  Their initial goal was to collect 2,000 items over the course of five-day competition between grade levels.  As a result, the SES community collected 12,758 items as well as $1,000 in cash donations to benefit local families in need!  Thanks to all who contributed generously.

Below, see photos of the SES staff delivering items and a check to the Mt. Si Food Bank on Friday afternoon, March 8.
