Homecoming Highlights: Watch a Friday Night Slide Show

Mount Si High School welcomed the community to its Friday night Homecoming festivities on October 11. And the community turned out in force for this year's "Pink-out" event, in honor of breast cancer awareness.

Students and families enjoyed a sunny afternoon parade and tailgating event in the parking lot, prior to the home football game. For halftime entertainment, the choir sang, the band played, cheer and dance teams performed, Homecoming Heroes were honored, and hundreds of miniature cheerleaders charged the field in an abundance of school spirit.

Among the many alumni attending the game, the school welcomed two very special guests from one of Mount Si High School's first graduating classes after the Snoqualmie Valley community consolidated into one high school in 1945.  From the Class of 1949, Don Evans and Meryl Grant, were honored for celebrating their 70th high school reunion!

Congratulations to the Wildcat Varsity Football team for its win over Issaquah High School, 34 to 0.
