Mount Si Students Sponsor 2nd Annual ASB Giving Tree to Help Peer Teens
Mount Si High School’s Associated Student Body (ASB) is working hard to modify its annual Giving Tree Project, with safety precautions in mind. This 2nd Annual Giving Tree Project is specifically about high school students supporting their peers during this very difficult time. Help ensure all teens can experience a special holiday.
How to participate:
Starting November 23, students, parents, and other community members can use the Sign-Up Genius to select items to purchase new for students in need.
Items should be dropped off unwrapped at the front entrance of Mount Si High School -- in a big RED ASB donation tub -- on school days between Monday, November 23 and Friday, December 11, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 pm.
Office staff will bring the tub indoors each day by 3:30 p.m. and lock items securely in an unoccupied staff office.
All gift items will be wrapped and distributed to teens who may need extra support by the beginning of Winter Break.
If you have questions, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Students Alexis Lower, Hannah Swoffer and Kelly Fitzpatrick are running this event.
To help keep Mount Si students connected during this time of distance learning, the ASB is also promoting its own Instagram and website, as well as producing ASB daily announcements that are sent through Schoology, and an ASB Newsletter sent to students via email.
