K-1 Families: iPad issue with Classlink App

This message is for all SVSD Kindergarten and 1st grade families:


Following an app update over the weekend, a bug has developed in the Classlink iOS app on iPads. The bug doesn’t allow a user to click any of the app icons once logged onto the Classlink app on iOS devices only.  The work around for now is to use Safari to log onto Classlink at


Using Safari instead of the Classlink app on iOS devices allows the icons for other applications icons to work again. We are working directly with Classlink to fix the bug.


If you are unable to use Safari to log in, please notify your teacher via email.
