Voter Information for the November 2 General Election

 

Is your voter registration is up-to-date?  To check your voter registration status, visit VoteWA on the Washington Secretary of State’s website -- enter your name and birthday. There you can verify your registration information, update your address, see your voting history, and explore information that will appear on your ballot.  

 

The deadline to register to vote or update your voter registration online or by mail is October 25 – for the upcoming November 2 General Election.  You can also register and vote in person up to November 2.

 

Key election dates:

  • October 13             Ballots mailed for General Election
  • October 14             Ballot drop boxes open
  • October 25             Deadline to register to vote or update registration online or by mail
  • November 2             Last day to register and vote in person
    • Renton: King County Elections headquarters (919 SW Grady Way, Renton, WA  98057)
    • Seattle: Elections Annex (500 4th Ave, Room 440, Seattle, WA  98104)
    • Vote Centers
  • November 2             Election Day! 
  • November 23             General Election results certified

 

No stamp is needed!  Ballots must be postmarked on or before November 2 to be counted. You can return your ballot:

  • By postal mail (You can vote and return your ballot as soon as you receive it. Returning your ballot early allows the elections office to time to correct any issues with your signature so they can count your ballot.)
  • Vote Centers
  • Ballot Drop Boxes (Open 24 hours beginning October 14. Close on Election Day November 2 at 8 p.m.)  
  • Snoqualmie Valley drop box locations include:
    • North Bend Library (115 E 4th Street, North Bend, WA 98045)
    • Snoqualmie Library (7824 Center Boulevard SE, Snoqualmie, WA 98065)
    • Fall City Library (33415 SE 42nd Pl, Fall City, WA 98024)

 

On this Ballot:  There are two Snoqualmie Valley School District School Board positions on this ballot – for Director Districts No. 1 and No. 4.  Members of our School Board serve four-year terms. Although each director resides in a specific area of the district, each is elected by all SVSD voters and represents the district-at-large.
